Personal Reflection for the New Year

Personally, I am not one for New Year’s resolutions.  There is always so much pressure.  Then there is the seemingly obligated failure of said resolution.  It is almost like we aren’t meant to take them seriously.

A new year often brings the idea of a new start.  I guess that is where resolutions come into play.  While New Year’s resolutions aren’t my thing, I do think it is a good idea to occasionally do some personal inspection…personal reflection.

When was the last time you took some time for yourself, looked down deep, and asked yourself a few questions?  How are things going?  What am I doing well?  What do I need to work on?  Where is my life headed?  Where do I want it headed?  What has God done for me lately?  What have I done for Him?

Below is an article that will get you off to a good start.  Don’t let the title fool you, it only starts off with 10 questions.
